Job Summary:

ThriveSW Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems within commercial properties, as well as general maintenance to building fabrics such as carpentry, painting, and patch plastering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plumbing systems in commercial properties
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive a company van
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
