**About the Role**We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pro-Pak Foods Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally.
**Responsibilities*** Provide leadership direction to ensure that within the function people are engaged, focused, developed and delivering to their full potential* Coach the team in disciplines such as lean principles and problem-solving* Ensure proactive improvement plans are in place for relevant KPIs/improvement trends* Define the team/department strategy and ensure it is aligned to the business strategy and clearly communicated to all team members* Participate in necessary on-site audit processes* Compliance to company policies, standard operating procedures and legal regulations* Management and control of contractors for all on-site activity* Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary engineering records and reporting is maintained* Oversee a range of engineering activities including fault diagnostics, breakdown cover, equipment installation and general maintenance of all plant and equipment to ensure optimum efficiency*
**Requirements*** Engineering-related qualification or relevant experience in an Engineering role within food manufacturing* Strong technical knowledge and an aptitude for both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* Working knowledge of BRC standards and customer codes of practice* Strong people management skills* Working knowledge and use of CMMS systems* Salary up to £57,000 per annum
