**Fusion Resources** are currently looking for a team **Supervisor **to join our reputable client in Malton area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
- Manage and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels accordingly to meet production targets
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize production efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
- Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety protocols

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Basic math skills for inventory management and production planning
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

**Working hours**

Day shift - 6am to 6pm a minimum of 4 shifts per week (plenty of overtime available)

**Pay rates**

Basic pay rate to start with - £13.23/h

Overtime after 44h - £19.84/h

Overtime 2 (after 44 hours on a Sunday) - £26.46/h
