**Job Title:** Aircraft Maintenance Director

**Company Overview:** Pro-Pak Foods is a leading supplier of ready meals to major supermarkets and convenience stores in the UK.

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Director to oversee daily management of our on-site maintenance engineers. This role will involve providing leadership direction, coaching the team, and ensuring proactive improvement plans are in place for relevant KPIs/improvement trends.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide leadership direction to ensure that within the function people are engaged, focused, developed and delivering to their full potential
• Coach the team in disciplines such as lean principles and problem-solving
• Ensure proactive improvement plans are in place for relevant KPIs/improvement trends

**Quality and Compliance:** Participate in necessary on-site audit processes, compliance to company policies, standard operating procedures, and legal regulations. Manage and control contractors for all on-site activity. Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary engineering records and reporting is maintained.

**What We Offer:

• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays with an option to buy up to 5 extra days
• Salary up to £57,000
• Core hours Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
