We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Director to lead our sales and estimating efforts in line with our global strategy. This role will oversee all sales activities, manage spare parts sales, and control equipment sales, including bespoke capital equipment and standard products.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification (HNC as a minimum), at least 10 years of experience in process manufacturing or special purpose machinery, and 5+ years of sales experience. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in an engineering environment.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can bring together technical and commercial expertise to drive business growth. If you have extensive experience in client-supplier management and cost estimation, we want to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, company bonus, company car, pension scheme and private healthcare benefits.
