About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Landona House Ltd. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of high-quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
- Proficient in medication administration with a solid understanding of pharmacology.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and manage patient conditions.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: £30,857.00-£31,854.00 per year.
