We are seeking an Expert Nurse in Acute Cardiology to join our team on the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will have experience working within Cardiovascular services, with a strong understanding of 12-lead ECG and cardiac rhythm analysis. A Diploma in Nursing or healthcare degree, along with current NMC Registration, is essential. Recognizable teaching qualification is desirable.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for the specialist care of a patient or group of patients assessing, development, implementation and evaluation of care. The main responsibilities of the role will be related to specialist clinical expertise within the acute Coronary Care setting with an emphasis on training and development of junior and new staff.
