About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aftersales Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized sales solutions.
  • Sales and Service: Sell a range of products and services, including finance and servicing options, to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
