Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Solihull. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults of all ages to maintain their independence and stay in the place they know and love.
Our ideal candidate will have a kind heart, be adaptable, and able to put others first. You will be responsible for providing companionship, support with personal care, helping with mobility, overseeing medication, and assisting with daily tasks.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (based on 35-40 hours per week), which is reflective of the cost of living in Solihull.
- The opportunity to work in a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, allowing for flexibility around your lifestyle.
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls.
- Early Pay App request up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday.
- Earn up to £100 for referring a friend.
