Role Overview
Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in delivering person-centered care, working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver high-quality care that enhances the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • To work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • To maintain accurate records of client care plans, ensuring timely updates and communication with colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience working with children or adults with similar conditions, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, adapting to individual needs and preferences.
