Post Room Courier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Room Courier to join our team at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL). As a Post Room Courier, you will be responsible for completing postal deliveries and collections of incoming/outgoing mail from departments and units.
Key Responsibilities:- Sort and distribute all outgoing mail into various mail bags for collection by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
- Maintain the fleet vehicle in line with ADSL processes and procedures, including carrying out regular checks.
- Liaise with all customers, the Authority, and other users to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
- Ensure all maintenance requirements within the building are managed effectively and reported in a timely manner.
- Report all Health and Safety defects and near misses to the Helpdesk.
- GCSE level (or equivalent) Grade C in English Language and Maths.
- Full UK valid driving licence required.
- Experience working within a face-to-face customer service role and the ability to be security cleared to 'SC' level (completed on site) is essential for this role.
- Strong skill set comprising excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as the flexibility to prioritise work tasks.
