About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nursing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients through virtual channels.

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.

This role requires a Registered Nurse with experience in a relevant specialty. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital health and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
