Job Description: We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to work with our client, a prominent construction firm. The successful candidate will oversee project documentation, guaranteeing its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing creation, management, and archiving.
  • Design and develop document templates, including customizing layouts and formatting.
  • Process document control requests from project teams, handling both internal and external communications.
  • Maintain precise and updated records, correcting inaccuracies as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft tools and familiarity with document control systems.
  • Experience working with document control software, although training can be provided if necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a document controller position within the construction industry.
