Project Documentation Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing creation, management, and archiving.
- Design and develop document templates, including customizing layouts and formatting.
- Process document control requests from project teams, handling both internal and external communications.
- Maintain precise and updated records, correcting inaccuracies as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, with expertise in Microsoft tools and familiarity with document control systems.
- Experience working with document control software, although training can be provided if necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a document controller position within the construction industry.
