Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and drinks to guests, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Operate the till system, handling cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Prepare rooms and areas for service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment
