Job Summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to National Trust policies and procedures

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
