Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Crowne Plaza Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues and other members of staff to create teamwork and quality service through communication.
  • Adopt a 'can do' attitude towards all aspects of customer service through a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that you care.

Requirements:

  • Ideal experience in a customer-facing role, some bar or barista skills, a great personality, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different and being part of an amazing team.
