Workshop Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audi Workshop Controller to join our team at Halfords Autocentres in Weston Super Mare, Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading a team of technicians and delivering exceptional customer service. With a competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per annum + bonus, this role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and career in a rewarding and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
• Allocate jobs to the team based on technical requirements and customer demand
• Develop and implement processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical support to the team where needed
Requirements:
• Technically trained to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance standard, or equivalent time served
• Experience of managing/supervising a team/workshop to drive performance and delivery
• Excellent customer approach – ability to communicate clearly and simply to customers
• Experience of developing colleagues through delivery of technical training
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality
• Must hold a current full valid driving licence.

Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £33,000 - £37,000 per annum + bonus. The exact salary will depend on the individual's level of experience and qualifications.
