As a Strategic Health Communications Lead at Havas Lynx Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare communications. Our team is dedicated to driving meaningful change by harnessing the power of creativity and innovation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team in Manchester or London. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans that drive real impact.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading client relationships, developing and executing campaigns, and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for applying your advanced strategic knowledge and inquisitive nature to run the overarching strategy for your client.

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively ensure a thorough understanding of the brand, product, and overarching strategy for the project you are assigned to.
  • Work with the wider team and your Head of Strategy to lead in strategic activity and ensure that the team's outputs are in line with client expectations.
  • Take responsibility for shaping and delivery of the research and insights for your own projects.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with Account Handlers and Creatives on your team, in order to push the brief to its full potential.

We offer a supportive and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
