We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs
- Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the care team
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in elderly care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
