About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
