Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
