Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, software components, and information security.
  • Manage software licenses, warranty agreements, and service contracts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures related to IT and information security.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate pricing and service quality, and coordinate budget planning.
  • Provide regular reporting on IT equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct activities to prevent malware and other security threats, and suggest proposals to the IT leadership team.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to employees, users, and customers on IT security-related matters.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in system administration or IT helpdesk support.
  • Expertise in operating systems, networks, and cloud services.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or other relevant technologies are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
