Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, software components, and information security.
- Manage software licenses, warranty agreements, and service contracts to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures related to IT and information security.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate pricing and service quality, and coordinate budget planning.
- Provide regular reporting on IT equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct activities to prevent malware and other security threats, and suggest proposals to the IT leadership team.
- Offer technical support and guidance to employees, users, and customers on IT security-related matters.
- At least 2 years of experience in system administration or IT helpdesk support.
- Expertise in operating systems, networks, and cloud services.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or other relevant technologies are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Clear and effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
