Fabric Technician - Carpentry Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a Fabric Technician - Carpentry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various fabric-related tasks, including painting, maintenance, and decorating across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner following the appropriate risk assessment at all times.
  • Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the management
  • Undertake helpdesk assigned reactive and PPM repair works as by the Helpdesk coordinators.
  • Uses all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
    • Experience in a similar level role
    • Experience with Fire Doors
    • Commitment to maintaining high standards in all work and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
