We are delighted to be supporting this successful business in recruiting an experienced Payroll Executive. The successful candidate will report into an experienced Head of Finance and have two payroll staff who conduct day-to-day payroll activities.

The Job
  • Oversee and manage all payroll processes for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with regulations within the payroll function.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll assistants to deliver accurate and effective payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including HR, to ensure seamless payroll operations and a people-centric approach to work.

The ideal candidate will have solid payroll systems experience, knowledge of payroll regulations, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to encourage a growing 'customer experience' culture across all business support functions.

Salary & Benefits
  • The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Hybrid and flexible working conditions are available, as well as free on-site parking.
  • The company offers a generous pension scheme, death in service x 3, and 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays increasing up to 30 days with service.
