We are seeking a Front of House Porter to join our team at The Wellington Hospital, the largest private hospital in the UK. As a Front of House Porter, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to all departments, colleagues, patients, and visitors, making their stay with us the best it can be.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a proactive, friendly, and welcoming service to all patients, visitors, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet patients on admission, escorting them to their room and showing them their room facilities.
- Transportation of patients and equipment around the hospital.
- Providing a security service.
