We're seeking a skilled Sub-Agent to join our well-established earthworks, drainage, and highways team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the technical compliance of the project, aligning with the design specification, and guaranteeing the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards, fostering a safe working environment.
  • Accurately record all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources, maintaining precise project documentation.
  • Create a comprehensive programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient project progression.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience, in a related field.
  • CSCS card, demonstrating your commitment to site safety.
  • Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business, showcasing your expertise.
