Site Operations Manager

We're seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our earthworks, drainage, and highways team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the project's technical compliance and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures, aligning with Kier and project-specific standards.
- Accurately record labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources.
- Create a programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience.
- CSCS card.
- Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
