Site Manager

We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Kier Group on the Calvert project in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our Earthworks team, you'll be responsible for managing site resources, labour teams, and subcontractors to ensure the safe and successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resources to ensure efficient project delivery while collaborating with the Works Manager to effectively manage risks and identify opportunities.
- Ensure works activities adhere to permits, TBS's, and WPP's.
- Check specification and drawings against works completed and materials used.
- Establish and maintain good quality and safe site set-up.
- Ensure site direct labour and sub-contractors are correctly supervised and qualified for the role.
Requirements:
- Experience in all aspects of Earthworks.
- CSCS Gold Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
