Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Agent to join our Transportation team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in setting up a high-performing team to deliver FRC bridge structures as part of the Calvert Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) matters for areas of direct responsibility.
- Manage design and pre-construction, construction to close out to meet all contractual requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager to plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site team.
- Supervise site activities and manage allocated staff.
Requirements:
- Relevant construction-related degree or HNC.
- Major project civil structures experience.
- CSCS card and SMSTS.
