Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our Transformation Programme. This role is crucial in driving employee adoption and engagement with our new tools and processes.
You will play a key role in developing and implementing a change management strategy, working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to maximise employee adoption
- Implement a communication strategy to support messaging to all stakeholder groups
- Conduct change impact analyses and assess change readiness
- Regular reporting on change readiness and adoption metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in Change Programme management
- Project Management skills
- Ability to develop networks at senior level across the organisation
- Commercial awareness of change impact
