Accounts Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Property and Accounts team at Frasers Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing accounting entries for all of our subsidiaries, maintaining global property databases, and analyzing prepayments and accruals against a budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
- Maintain global property databases.
- Analyze prepayments and accruals against a budget.
- Identify potential errors and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
- Support multiple departments across the business.
- Work with external consultants on implementation of systems and improvements.
- Process monthly costs for all of our properties.
Requirements
- Minimum 1/2 year's experience in a related role within a finance function.
- Working towards/ambitions of completing one of ACCA/CIMA (study support provided).
- Hard working and willingness to learn is essential.
- Minimum intermediate excel skills and be confident with formulas.
- Organised and determined to succeed.

What's Next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
