Job Overview

Sphera is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across our territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing against yearly sales goals and maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities while identifying customer pain points
  • Developing in-depth understanding of our Product Stewardship software and the value it delivers to our clients
  • Delivering solution presentations to key customers and negotiating enterprise software contracts
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers to drive revenue growth across Sphera's Product Stewardship business lines

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000. Additional requirements include:

  • Experience working with or selling to, the chemical industry as well as discrete and process manufacturing clients
  • Knowledge of chemical compliance, specifically around Safety Data Sheet Authoring and the process of Managing & Handling Chemicals
  • Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales, with a strong hunter skill set and experience with negotiations and partnerships
  • Ability to adapt and leverage products, services, and operations to effectively compete in competitive markets
  • Strong relationship management skills and proficiency with MS applications required
