Job Summary:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join their team. As a key member of the broking division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to account executives and delivering outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service client accounts during the renewals process, including admin, presentations, and negotiations
  • Manage all paperwork and ensure accurate recording of client details
  • Provide cover by renewal date and assist clients with queries daily
  • Confirm cover with insurers and process policies
  • Manage account queries and credit control matters
  • Prepare underwriting information for presentations to insurers
  • Design and deliver presentations as required
  • Follow up on new and existing renewal business quotations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Real Estate/Property Owners Account Handler handling UK or European Property Owners
  • Progression towards Cert CII, Dip CII, or Advanced Dip CII
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to negotiate
