The Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to drive business forward and take our live music and bar service to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to educate team members on health & safety, stock management, and WSET.

- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
- Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
