Responsibilities:

\u2022 Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including but not limited to offices, washrooms, and common areas
\u2022 Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery
\u2022 Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, and cabinets
\u2022 Restock and replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
\u2022 Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed within the allotted time
\u2022 Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers
\u2022 Notify management of any maintenance issues or needed repairs
\u2022 Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
\u2022 Experience as a commercial cleaner or in a similar role (preferable)
\u2022 Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and time management skills
\u2022 Physical ability to lift and move equipment, as well as perform repetitive tasks
\u2022 Must have reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
\u2022 Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, shelves, and fixtures
\u2022 Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
\u2022 Empty trash bins and replace liners
\u2022 Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
\u2022 Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons
\u2022 Follow established protocols for disinfecting surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and viruses
\u2022 Restock and replenish supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning chemicals
\u2022 Notify supervisors when supplies are running low
\u2022 Perform floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, and polishing floors as needed
\u2022 Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cleaning equipment
\u2022 Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

\u2022 Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required
\u2022 Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
\u2022 Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
\u2022 Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
