About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Branch Manager in leading and motivating a team of up to 13 sales and operations professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product lines and services, using this knowledge to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for sales growth and business development.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the branch, including the management of stock, inventory, and logistics.
