About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Assist the Branch Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product lines and services to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies to achieve targets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Use in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Health and Safety: Lead the team in prioritizing health and safety, demonstrating best practices, and ensuring a safe working environment.
