Job Description:

As a Metal Recycling Operations Supervisor at Celsa UK Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Non-Ferrous operations across our yards. This includes:

  • Organizing shipping and maintaining stock counts
  • Dealing with customers and ensuring all procedures involving Non-Ferrous metals are followed
  • Inspecting and grading Non-Ferrous metals in line with the criteria and tools provided
  • Supervising and training colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Covering the yard in the absence of the yard manager

Requirements:

  • Previous knowledge of scrap metals, ideally Non-Ferrous metals experience
  • Previous supervisory and training experience
  • Strong organizational and hands-on skills
