Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Assessment Specialist. As a key member of our DWP Assessment Team, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments for claimants, working in a hybrid model that combines clinic-based appointments with flexible work patterns.

About the Role:

As an Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of claimants' conditions and functional impacts, using your expertise to provide accurate and comprehensive reports.
  • Working closely with our team to develop and implement effective assessment strategies, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to claimants, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

  • You must be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • You must hold a valid registration with NMC or HCPC.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
