Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential construction.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
