About the Role

We are seeking an experienced application software implementer to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful deployment of our cloud-based software solution for clients in the recruitment industry.

About the Job

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide support during the implementation process. Your expertise in application software implementation and knowledge of the recruitment industry will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Liaise with clients and provide support during the implementation process.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and apply your expertise to solve problems and issues.
  • Work closely with the implementation team, sales, account management, development, and support teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in application software implementation.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident presenting remote training sessions with clients.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and related software.
