About the Role

We are seeking an experienced application software implementer to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our cloud-based software solution for clients in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Liaise with clients and provide support during the implementation process.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and apply your expertise to understand their requirements and solve problems.
  • Work closely with clients and the implementation team, as well as liaise with Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support teams as needed.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced application software implementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry. You will demonstrate good communication and team working skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in application software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident presenting remote training sessions to clients.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and related software, such as Payroll or Bullhorn CRM Front Office solutions.
