About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at RSM as a Software Implementation Consultant. This is a client-facing role that requires a commercial approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Liaise with clients and provide support during the implementation process.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and apply expertise to understand client requirements and solve problems.
  • Work closely with clients and the implementation team, as well as liaise with Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support teams as needed.
  • Occasionally provide support for clients at the weekend, with requirements agreed at least 4 weeks in advance.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be an experienced application software implementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrate good communication and team working skills, with a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Experience in application software implementation.
    • Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Confident presenting remote training sessions with clients.
  • Desirable:
    • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and related software, such as Payroll or Bullhorn CRM Front Office solutions.
