Software Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced application software implementer to join our team of implementation consultants. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for the implementation of cloud-based software services for new and existing clients in the recruitment industry.

About the Job

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and facilitating knowledge transfer during the implementation process. You will work closely with clients and the rest of the implementation team, as well as liaise with the wider Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support teams as necessary.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced application software implementer with knowledge of the recruitment industry. You will demonstrate good communication and team working skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements

  • Experience in application software implementation
  • Good team working skills with the ability to share workload and tasks
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident presenting remote training sessions with clients

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and related software solutions
