Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Stanwell Nursery School/Leith Community Nursery. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 3 to 5 and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children and staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
