Early Years Practitioner

Job Summary
The Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to children in a supportive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and be able to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to childcare and education
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
Requirements
- Hold a practitioner-level qualification in childcare or a related field
- Have experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and learning theories
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and parents
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions
