Electronic Patient Record Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire Acute Healthcare Alliance. The successful candidate will have a clinical or operational background, with expertise in managing complex projects and driving operational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the EPR system, ensuring successful service transition and operational change
  • Provide practical support to the Implementation Team and clinical teams across the organisation
  • Work with senior clinical teams to ensure alignment of goals and priorities
  • Coordinate the future state design on site, leading a team of change partners to design clinical configuration

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing complex projects and driving operational change
  • Operational insight and programme management skills
  • Ability to work with senior clinical teams and IT teams
