Compensation and Benefits Programme Analyst

 

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Programme Analyst to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our reward programmes and HR projects that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of individuals across our organisation.

 

The successful candidate will support the benefits and reward team in delivering day-to-day services related to benefits, pensions, and reward processes. This will include supporting the Senior Reward Business Partner and Reward Director with budget tracking activities, providing analysis when required, and delivering business as usual administration support of employee benefits and pensions.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with financial analysis, modelling, and process management on various matters associated with an employee's total compensation, including salary review, benefits, and bonus schemes.
  • Supporting the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives.
  • Supporting the delivery of the annual pay review.
  • Supporting with market surveys and appropriate regulatory returns, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  • Supporting the wider HR team by providing analysis when required.
  • Business as usual administration support of employee benefits and pensions.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, numerical, and modelling skills, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous HR and Reward experience is desirable, but not essential. You will also have the ability to learn core Reward terminology and best practice, work at pace, and deliver against established personal and team targets. You will be resilient, adaptable, approachable, and confident, with a good eye for detail and highly articulate written and verbal skills.
