Job Title: Bilingual SENCo
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SENCo to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. As a Bilingual SENCo, you will be responsible for leading the SEND provision across the school, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all statutory and legal requirements are met for children with SEND.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead SEND provision across the school
- Work in conjunction with SLT to ensure effective SEND provision
- Ensure all statutory and legal requirements are met for children with SEND
- Lead Annual Review meetings
- Create and review support plans with teachers and parents
- Regularly liaise with parents and keep them informed
- Deploy SEND staff and resources effectively
- Monitor and evaluate SEND staff performance
- Keep up to date with the latest SEND legislation
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (NASENCO)
- Speak Russian
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a leadership team
