About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve software development processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects
  • Strong technical skills in C#,.Net, and Azure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Security Clearance (SC) eligible
