Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at HSB Technical Ltd. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the electrical team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring all projects meet timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage a team of electrical personnel in both workshop and on-site environments.
  2. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct final testing of electrical equipment and manage material orders.
  4. Assist with on-site surveys and contribute to project cost estimations.
  5. Prepare job-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  6. Maintain high housekeeping standards and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
  7. Verify and approve timesheets for employees and contractors.
  8. Demonstrate strong communication skills, budget awareness, and adherence to HSQE requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Completed a recognized Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation.
  2. City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
  3. ONC or HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  4. A full, clean driving license is essential.
  5. Offshore training (BOSIET) will be provided for offshore projects.
  6. Willingness to travel internationally at short notice.
